There are hundreds of Search Engine Marketing Experts, however few of these experts can readily perform the many tasks required in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Experts in SEO may be better at teaching their skills than executing their vast amount of knowledge.

Many people know they have to get links from other sites, yet they still don’t have the time necessary to pull it off. Some people also know the importance of  having articles added to their websites every month. Many of them don’t pull this off either. The experts expansive knowledge can prove worthless without people who can execute most of the time consuming tasks associated with SEO.

Many people know how to make a website rank on the Internet, yet they only have a few selected pages in the index. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), is not rocket science but a series of executable events that make things happen. These events take place right at the very beginning of a website design project. What is the URL, the age of the URL, and the keyword specific URL’s?  What is you domain name going to be? This is a very important question. Will you URL contain keywords in the .com portion?  Does the person building your website know how to name the pages of your website?

For example, does the URL string contain dashes or underscores?  Does this really matter?  No, but many people think so!  Directory One uses dashes. The reason people think dashes work better is because the blog rewrites have dashes, and blogs rank well on Google. Does having a full IP address matter? No, but many people think so and Directory One, Inc. gives its’ SEO customers full IP addresses. So, execute the small things, use dashes, use a full IP, and have keyword specific URL strings.
