Directory One is in the process of finishing up this year with more customers, prospects, and leads than ever. Sean Odom, Stacy Clifford, and Beatriz Ortiz, have been joined by Pablo Gomez, and David Strauch this year. Late in the year we added Terra Wolfbrandt, Shaun Tinnell and Lize` Reed. Our latest two employee’s are Antonia and Tiffany Burch. Our real challange this year will be new people on the team. Our team has to sync. Whenever companies add personalities, it changes the personality of your whole team. Post some advice on this please. Philip O’Hara will be the Interim CEO and President starting December 1, 2007. Philip O’Hara is the original founder of Directory One.
Marketer, Copywriter, and Leader of Directory One this last year resigns as of November 30, 2006. John Holchin led Directory One through great transitions. He redefined the way we did business and grew our revenue’s almost double. He led us through the acquisition of Artistic Video and Around Houston Web Design. He bailed me out on every customer I was over my head with. If I needed a pro, he was a pro. Most of the big customers I have he was in on acquiring them. Someone will have to fill some big shoes. Great people skills, passionate, articulate, refined, a 60 acre kind of guy are some of his attributes. John will have a seat at our table any time.
Directory One, Inc. entered into a agreement today to provide our bronze level service to Dovarri. Dovarri.com has a CRM software that it is selling seat licenses for 100.00 a month a seat. Its main competitor is salesforce.com Microsoft CRM, and other CRM software companies. They have a chance to clean up. Andy Bates and Geary have a great deal of work ahead of them. Directory One hopes to be the vehicle in which Dovarri creates it sales leads, customers, and prospects. We are very excited about this customer. They have great growth potential and we want to grow with them.
American Finasco, a Better Bureau member, hired Directory One as its’ Internet Marketing agency. Also Blue Bell Builders, an energy efficient management company, hired Directory One too. We also picked up a plastic surgeon and a dentist this week not counting whatever the other sales people sold this week. Directory One is upgrading or acquiring a new customer contract almost every day. 15 contracts in 15 days. Lots of temporary employee’s in my office these days. Most are good. New Students are hanging around these days too. Many bright employee’s of Directory One are students at a couple our fine local universities. (St. Thomas and U of H)
